Terms of Service for HRZ Agency

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

HRZ Agency’s terms of service allow the agency to access and utilize the data they obtain and are given by the client to build upon and use to create the most ideal and tailored services to reach the clients goals that are stated before partnership between the Agency and the client. By partnering with the Agency, the client is agreeing to these terms and understands that if they wish to reach the goals and ideas they desire, the agency needs access to this data and cooperation from the client along with their business, company, enterprise or etc.

The services we provide are based upon the client’s goals and current situation at the time of partnering with HRZ Agency, by collecting their data and using their information to create tailored strategies to Advertise, Market, Optimize and Develop their business online along with the use of third party platforms they understand that their information is relevantly used and is a necessity to create a tailored strategy that fits not only within their budget but morals, beliefs and goals not only for them but as well as for our own.

To identify ideal clients and improve our advertising, marketing, SEO, and online business development services, the client must be able to transfer accurate and complete information that is asked by the agency when working together in the partnership, it is also to be stated that the client refrains from openly sharing vital information that the agency uses as well as their own to prevent data from being stolen, copied or misused.

Third-Party Services

We share data with third-party services and utilize them solely for agency purposes as a way to protect your information on our end, clients should understand that their data will be given to third party services such as Google and its Platforms and if they wish to ever delete this information it will be done so.

These services are used to collect data and create information for paid advertising campaigns on Google for your business. All data collected by these third parties is governed by their respective privacy policies. Clients can monitor their data in real time through these platforms if they wish.

Payments

We utilize a monthly payment which is scheduled on the day of partnership (e.g. If they are partnered on the 5th of any month, the follow 5th is when they are charged again), refunds are not given as the project that the client wishes to accomplish is automatically put into action after payments are sent as well as to optimize best results and sustainability.

You have the right to: Request access to the personal information we hold about you. Request corrections or updates to your information. Request the deletion of your personal information. Opt-out of any future communications or marketing efforts.

HRZ Agency

We have co-ownership of every third-party service account as this enables us to use these platforms to provide the best results for the clients and create changes that may be needed within short periods of times as well as team members within the agency that are tasked with making specific changes in the services to prevent loss of revenue, data and etc.

We are not liable nor responsible for any changes and the results of those changes that are not caused by anyone besides those who work for HRZ Agency, as Co-owner of third-party service accounts this enables not only us to make changes however also the client themselves, the reason for this control is it provides a 24/7 access to the client to view any changes, data results and etc., within their accounts that were done by the Agency.

Terms of Ending Partnership

If the Agency or Client finds that either party can no longer provide adequate service, communication, information, payment or prevent the result of those listed previously and has been attempted multiple times to discuss the challenges via, Email, SMS, voice or face call, than an In-Reasonable Ultimation Clause with a month in advance deadline however if there hasn’t been attempts at settling the dispute the clause can be waivered until proven incorrect. (An In-Reasonable Ultimation Clause is a clause that either party can manage to meet what is requested by the other party within the set time of one month, hence the month in advance deadline.) If the party can’t provide the demands a Termination Clause can be may and separation of partnership will be issued.

Termination Clause

The Termination Clause will be handled between the two parties by HRZ Agency discussing via, SMS, Email or Call of what will be removed, deleted and lost after they completely remove themselves from the Clients accounts and information they will help minimize the effect and inform the client how to do so as well, afterwards the payments will be stopped, and the client and Agency will go their separate ways.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We will take into account any requests made by Clients of the Agency of any changes they wish to share, we can’t guarantee any changes will be made, however if there are major challenges that erupt, we can adapt to a performance that both parties will still benefit from.
